Yum Dim Sum at Yank Sing - San Francisco, CA

Things we learned on this trip:

You can never order too much din sum.
The definition of a cuvee - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuv%C3%A9e
Old vine vs New vine.
10 am is when your palette is most in tune to wine taste.
Napa is much more pretentious that Sonoma.
Business class is better when you don't have to pay for it - thank you United.
All restaurants in wine country are BYOB - with a corkage fee, some wineries have partnerships with some restaurants and therefore no fee.
'California' is not only a state but also a type of cuisine.
Don't take Hwy 1 to get from point A to point B, unless you want to be car sick the rest of the day.
A good hotel is worth the cash - The Lodge / www.thelodgeatsonoma.com

Beautiful pictures - I think you are figuring out the camera! The resort looked lovely. A little nicer than The Inn!
